We have Kept Our Promise Over the Last 20 Years
Urbanizadora Anglo-Iberica SL (UAI), founded by Mr Abraham Massias the current Chairman, is a company formed as the result of a British capital investment with the objective of entering the Spanish property market.
The dream was fulfilled with the purchase of the site Santa Margarita in the south of Spain. It is located in the southernmost tip of Europe, overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar and from which the northern coast of the African continent can be sited.
UAI acquired the site in 1998, and the process of classification of the land was started. This process culminated in 2005 with the completion of the second phase of infrastructural works. During these years of development UAI has consistently maintained its spirit of looking to the future, given that this project, one of the largest and most ambitious in the ‘Campo de Gibraltar’ area, commenced at a time when no-one was willing to invest in this area, despite the fact that Santa Margarita is geographically sited in a privileged location.
UAI has also displayed a spirit of perseverance during the times when the property market in the area was not as buoyant as today.
Lastly, UAI is committed to a quality product. This is reflected not only in their roads and infrastructures but also in the finishes of their houses, all of which can be summarised in UAI’s principle objective of customer satisfaction.
